So WHY should little girls have all the fun?

I love teaching little ones having fun dancing, knowing at least they’re not sat still watching a screen!

The joyful expression on the face of the “new shy girl” in the final recital is a never-ending source of joy.

But let’s not forget ladies that even though you may now be in your thirties, which is a long time ago for me now! it’s still wonderful to dance with tremendous benefits for both mind and body - and my mom’s still in full agreement!

I must admit I hate “exercise” and I feel I’m not alone.
SO I hope you find these dance quotes as inspirational as I did:

“If you hit a wall, climb over it, crawl under it, or dance on top of it.”

“Nobody cares if you can’t dance well. Just get up and dance. Great dancers are great because of their passion.”
Martha Graham
