I love teaching little ones having fun dancing, knowing at least they’re not sat still watching a screen!


The joyful expression on the face of the “new shy girl” in the final recital is a never-ending source of joy.


But let’s not forget ladies that even though you may now be in your thirties, which is a long time ago for me now! it’s still wonderful to dance with tremendous benefits for both mind and body - and my mom’s still in full agreement!


I must admit I hate “exercise” and I feel I’m not alone.
